UPDATE REGARDING JULY 2021 'UNLOCKING'

On the advice of Public Health England and our governing bodies we will NOT be changing our PPE and hygiene standards for the foreseeable future. Therefore the same high standards will continue, including the requirement to wear a mask. If you are mask exempt please mention this at time of booking as it will effect our health and safety protocols.

Thank you all for the trust you have put into The Trinity Practice during 2020 and for continuing to visit our Practice through 2021 for your treatments. Osteopaths are classed as Allied Health Practitioners and Essential Services. The Trinity Practice (under the guidance of our governing body) will therefore remain Open.

During the past months we have worked hard to create a safe environment, using pre-screening, creating staggered appointments, increased aeration, cleaning between appointments and anti-viral fogging. We ask all people who enter the building (except young children) to wear an iir type 2 mask (which we can provide free of charge) sanitise your hands and allow us to check your temperature with a contactless thermometer. We understand that not all people may be suitable for face to face consultations and can therefore offer phone or video consultations, backed up by a tailored video exercise rehabilitation plan if required.

Demonstrate and advise on exercises using our individualised exercise program RehabMyPatient
Demonstrate and advise on self-treatment using balls and foam rollers which are fantastic for relieving aches and pains
Make lifestyle recommendations to support your posture, nutrition and general health
